We call this a “reset”. After a cheat day (or a cheat week) it’s always a great idea to reset. This simple but flavorful meal will fill you up with protein and fiber while going easy on the carbs and fat.
The chicken breast is marinated in a ranch sauce and then seared to perfection. The broccoli is lightly seasoned and steamed. The carrots are seasoned and lightly buttered while steaming.
Due to customer feedback, we now slice the chicken to make it easier to heat and eat.
