This is a healthy version of the comfort food, Spaghetti and Meatballs. We have lowered the fat by using ground turkey in the meatballs and we have lowered the carbs by using zucchini rather than pasta. We have lowered the sugar by making our Marinara with ZERO added sugar.
This is a low carb meal.
This recipe can easily be made Whole 30 by omitting the grated parmesan. (Just leave us a note)
